The #1 LEAN principle is: “Seeing value from the eyes of the customer.”
By adding value and eliminating waste, you can improve your customers’ relationship and set up programs that enhance revenue. Successful LEAN deployment in the Operations and Office side of your Business takes understanding and leadership commitment. A foundation must first be established that promotes total enterprise LEAN commitment with resources that are able to speak the correct language and drive the correct culture. This webinar will focus on key Lean office tools including process mapping and creating a playbook for your team in the office.
