Jessica Clayton

Partner

Jessica is the founding Partner of TalentStream and a member of the ownership group. She is a cum laude graduate of Clemson University with a Masters Degree from The Citadel. Jessica grew up in the staffing industry and worked for a national staffing company before starting TalentStream. In addition to leading TalentStream, Jessica enjoys giving back to the Greenville Community and spending time with her husband and three young children.  Contact Jessica.

Scott W. Luton, CSCP

Managing Partner

Scott Luton serves as Managing Partner for TalentStream and is a member of the ownership group. He brings more than 15 years of general management and business development experience to TalentStream. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2000, he began his career as a database analyst in the United States Air Force. Luton later joined EmployBridge – a national specialty staffing provider based in Atlanta – where he was named to the President’s Club in 2007 and 2008. He has held leadership roles including Vice President of Business Development for Definity Partners and Director of Sales for Clairon Metals Corporation. More recently, Luton founded Riverwood Associates in 2013, a leading process improvement consulting and training firm in the Southeast. He formerly served as President of APICS Atlanta and currently is a member of APICS Southeast District Staff. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, Luton also maintains active membership in the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance, the Transportation Club of Atlanta, and SHRM Greenville.  Contact Scott.

 

Tom Bickes

Board Member

Tom Bickes graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. For ten years, he was a senior manager with Norrell Services, Inc., a $1.3 billion international staffing and outsourcing service company. While at Norrell, he held positions as Corporate Credit Manager and Area, Regional and Divisional Vice President. After Norrell, Tom joined Staffing Resources, Inc. where he held the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. He would go on to serve as CEO of Staffing Resources/ Career Blazers, Inc. after the two companies merged. In 2000, Tom led the management in acquiring 141 Career Blazers Commercial Staffing locations and creating EmployBridge Holding Company. Under his direction, EmployBridge now spans over 150 locations throughout the U.S. and is the fastest growing national provider of staffing and workforce solutions. Tom lives in Atlanta with his wife May May and they have four children.

 

Darla

Darla Leavitt

Darla graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a degree in Medical Technology. She started her career in recruiting with a small staffing company, Med-Dent Solutions, where she was responsible for placing medical and dental professionals on temporary assignments. Later she joined the team at TargetCare, where she helped build the recruiting department and was responsible for the entire life cycle of recruitment. Darla spends her free time attending her three daughters’ soccer, gymnastics, swimming, school and social functions.  Contact Darla.

Larry Grant

Larry Grant is a Recruiter for TalentStream. Larry attended West Georgia College and brings over 30 years of valuable manufacturing experience to our team.  In his career, he worked for several automotive components and metal stamping companies, including Tier One suppliers to Ford, BMW, Mercedes and GM. Larry served in a variety of management and senior leadership positions, from Planning Manager to VP of Operations. His significant background and expertise in operations, supply chain and manufacturing makes him a valuable asset to both our clientele and our TalentStream team. Larry has been married to Regina Norsworthy of LaGrange for 41 years, has two daughters, Danielle and Denise, and one granddaughter, Abby Lynne. Contact Larry.

Lynette Mathews

Lynette has over 25 years of experience in engineering and management within manufacturing and distribution enterprises. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She has headed up design, engineering and operations for both Southern Metalcraft in Lithonia and Hobbs Fountains in Atlanta. Lynette was recently the VP of Operations for a multi-million dollar manufacturer of equipment and supplies sold into construction, manufacturing, government, and healthcare markets. Her training and experience in lean principles enables her to develop strategic programs for improving efficiency and quality in both products and processes. She recognizes that talented resources are the driving force behind successful performance metrics. In addition to many years as a hiring manager, Lynette has been a full desk recruiter in the areas of commercial and industrial development, finance and construction. Lynette lives in Atlanta and is an active participant in APICS Atlanta, Georgia Manufacturing Alliance and the Georgia Tech Alumni Association. She has three grown children, loves to read and travel, and is an avid sports fan.  Contact Lynette.
