Sr Manager, Organizational Change Management- Supply Chain

The Organizational Change Leader will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technologies, and organizations. The Change Leader will work with the project team and organizational leaders to ensure adoption, utilization and proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. To be considered for the SR MANAGER ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Competent in diagnosing individual and organizational performance improvement needs, matching intervention methodology with needs, and determining the appropriate development measures
  • Proven ability to help drive and shepherd change at scale.
  • Experience in operational change management. Leveraging leading software, preferably in the Supply Chain Planning space.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, good listening skills with ability to effectively coach and mentor others; must be able to lead by influence
  • Exhibits effective team skills • Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis


  • BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or other degree with equivalent experience.
  • Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification highly desired.
  • Masters degree a plus
