Scott W. Luton, CSCP, LSSGB

Managing Partner

Scott Luton serves as Managing Partner for TalentStream and is a member of the ownership group. He brings more than 15 years of general management and growth-focused leadership experience to TalentStream. After serving as an active-duty data analyst in the United States Air Force, Luton later joined EmployBridge, where he was named to the President’s Club in 2007 and 2008. He has held a variety of leadership roles with organizations, with extensive experience in the manufacturing and professional services sectors. Scott currently serves as Executive Vice President of APICS Atlanta and was also named to the 2018 Georgia Logistics Summit Executive Committee. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional credential. Jessica Bickes Clayton

Founder & Partner

Jessica is the founding Partner of TalentStream and a member of the ownership group. She is a cum laude graduate of Clemson University with a Masters Degree from The Citadel.  Jessica grew up in the staffing industry and worked for a national staffing company before launching TalentStream in 2013. In addition to leading TalentStream’s recruiting and operations, Jessica enjoys giving back to the Greenville Community and spending time with her husband and three children. A former Teacher of the Year in South Carolina, she has served as a volunteer leader at a wide variety of organizations, to include Ronald McDonald House, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and the Red Cross. Jessica serves as Chair of Career Development on the APICS Industrial Crescent Board of Directors and also maintains active professional memberships in SHRM Greenville. Jessica is a member of Christ Church of Greenville, where she serves on the Annual Giving Cabinet, as well as the Children’s Ministry committee. Lynette Mathews

Client Relationship Director

Lynette’s 25 years’ experience as an engineer and operations manager in manufacturing and distribution enterprises has been a great proving ground for establishing best practices in hiring, training, and retention. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to joining TalentStream in 2016, she provided leadership in design, engineering and operations for several Atlanta based equipment manufacturers. Lynette lives in Atlanta and is an active participant in APICS Atlanta, Georgia Manufacturing Alliance and the Georgia Tech Alumni Association. She has three grown children, loves to read, travel, and is an avid sports fan.


Darla Leavitt

Senior Recruiter

Darla has been with TalentStream since it’s inception. She graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a degree in Medical Technology. She started her career in recruiting with a small staffing company, Med-Dent Solutions, where she was responsible for placing medical and dental professionals on temporary assignments. Later she joined the team at TargetCare, where she helped build the recruiting department and was responsible for the entire life cycle of recruitment. Darla has enjoyed being part of the growth and development of TalentStream. She takes great pride in her ability to match up each client’s culture, style and goals to the right candidate for them, making it the best fit for all concerned. Darla lives in Greenville, SC with her husband and three beautiful daughters.

Deb Couey

Field Sales Specialist

Deb, an Atlanta native, currently serves as Field Sales Specialist for TalentStream. Deb has many years’ experience in corporate and private industry, government service, and entrepreneurship. She has served in numerous volunteer and volunteer leadership roles.

Briana Stopp

Business Development & Sales

Briana Stopp leads sales and business development for TalentStream. Briana has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, sales and entrepreneurship. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Briana graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Marketing, where she earned the prestigious honor of ͞Marketing Student of the Year͟. During college Briana was one of the founding members of the campus’ first ever coffee house and member of Students In Free Enterprise. Her career has taken her into the corrugated industry, promotional merchandise, staffing, print plate field and co-owning a corrugated and contract packaging business with her husband. She volunteers for her son’s football teams Players in Prayer, has been a part of the Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau, board member for Family Services, member of Tri-Kappa and Woodstock City Church. Briana prides herself on being a good listener, reliable, hard-working, ethically sound and doesn’t know a stranger. Briana lives in Canton, GA with her husband, 3 kids and dog named Jeter. When not working she can be found watching her kids play golf, football or basketball.
