Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager

The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Process Improvement and Project Management will provide leadership in identifying and driving continuous improvements, standardization, and alignment of supply chain processes and systems. Responsibilities include developing and implementing improved sustainable processes related to systems and process change implementations.

To be considered for the SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience driving cross functional process improvement and project management from both a strategic and tactical perspective in supply chain, purchasing, and/or logistics (systems implementations, process alignment, documentation including process mapping, training, M&A integration, analysis and reporting related to cost savings and working capital improvement initiatives)
  • Influence without direct authority—this role will have senior level sponsorship for chosen projects, but will need to influence a broad group of stakeholders across multiple functions to drive successful projects that deliver tangible benefits. Must have proven experience in doing this.
  • Direct working knowledge of manufacturing business processes and systems
  • Must have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills – ability to aggregate information from multiple sources efficiently and accurately to support business inquiries and decision making – works well with data to draw business conclusions
  • Effective management skills, including planning and decision-making, identifying priorities and bringing projects to successful completion in a timely manner; and maintaining a focus on high standards and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to implement creative solutions. Resourceful, takes initiative and is self-directed.
  • Previous supervisory experience. Puts team before self-interests and inspires others to lead in their roles.
  • Extensive project management experience and utilization of relative tools
  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority
  • Enjoys leading, problem solving and execution


  • Bachelors Degree in a quantitative discipline (supply chain/logistics, accounting, finance, engineering, IT) required
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Six sigma and PMP certification preferred
