QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Calhoun, GA

This Quality Assurance Manager interacts with all corporate and interoffice support areas and accountable for all areas of
quality control. Will also interact with outside customers and vendors. This position is responsible for handling all external and internal audits (Management Representative).

To be considered for the Quality Assurance Manager position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

 Working Knowledge of:

  • ISO/Quality Management Systems

  • Implementation, support and promotion of IATF16949/QMS

  • China Certification

  • AIAG Core tools (DFMEA – PFMEA)

  • IMDS working knowledge

  • Root cause analysis, such as 5P

  • PPAP customer and supplier submittals – form completion

  • Common Business metrics SPC, SQC, Stable operations, DPMO, GRR’s

  • Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen principals

  • Textile processing/Maintenance/PM Programs

  • Textile Packaging/Shipping Procedures

  • Textile Testing/Measurement Systems Analysis

  • Technical Project Management

  • Supplier Quality programs

  • Customer Satisfaction/Focus programs

  • MS Office programs/Database

 

Educational Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred with 4 to 5 years of experience in an
    engineering discipline or related business field.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
