PROJECT ASSEMBLY MANAGER
Decatur, GA

We are currently working with a global manufacturer of turnkey packaging equipment and they are looking for an ASSEMBLY MANAGER with demonstrated engineering and manufacturing experience in a complex capital equipment assembly environment to join their team.

To be considered for the ASSEMBLY MANAGER position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• BS degree in engineering, manufacturing or other related technical disciplines
• 5-7 years of project-based capital equipment manufacturing (preferably with an OEM) with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience manufacturing management.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Electro-mechanical knowledge in packaging equipment design
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Demonstrated Leadership and Team development
• High Competency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & ERP Database (SAP preferred)
