- He was the sole developer of a universal driver board for their demonstration units that showed how the motors accept signals, the power output, and the feedback control.

- After a year took another position and had responsibility for takeoffs, layout drawings (2D CAD), process instructions and managing the shop personnel in a structural metal fabrication operation that builds custom metal frames for various building structures…stationary and portable shelters and storage units.
