    • Throughout his career, he has worked his way up from a Plant level engineer to Director of Operations. 
    • In 2011, he was brought on by a family owned company as Operations Manager to help run and grow the organization. It was a company that manufactured flooring chemicals and carpet applications. He had 3 plants reporting into him and he was over manufacturing and logistics.
    • In 2013 he was promoted to Director of Operations and was an integral part in increasing revenue from 48 million to 70 million. In 2015 he helped facilitate the sale to another company and stayed on.
    • Over four years, they grew from 70 million to 240 million at about a 25% EBIT so he is very familiar with aggressive growth initiatives and loved being a part of building an operation that could rapidly grow while still maintaining quality and the company vision.
    • Some of the growth was through acquisitions and he was tasked with moving production from the acquired location to the new location (both equipment and people). The challenge was maintaining culture and motivating the employees while integrating the organizations. He was able to successfully do this.
